What we do
Havzero puts WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and Telegram into one shared inbox, and answers customers automatically when nobody is free to reply. It is built for the shops, clinics and course sellers who do most of their selling in chat, where a message left unanswered for an hour is usually a sale lost.
Why it exists
Most small businesses in Bangladesh sell through chat rather than a website or a storefront. The messages arrive across four apps, at all hours, and the person answering them is usually also the person running the business. Havzero exists so those conversations get answered without someone having to sit on their phone all evening.
How we think about your accounts
Your WhatsApp number, your Facebook Page and your customer relationships belong to you, not to us. Havzero connects to accounts you already own and can be disconnected at any time, leaving those accounts and their history with you. We would rather earn the renewal than hold anything hostage.
