Terms of Service

Who provides this service

Havzero is operated by Havzero, a sole proprietorship registered with Dhaka South City Corporation under trade licence no. TRAD/DSCC/007422/2026, at 333 Paradogair, Notun Para, Asmani Tower, Demra, Dhaka 1362, Bangladesh. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Havzero" mean that business, and "you" means the business or person using the service.

Accepting these terms

By creating a Havzero account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

Havzero connects the messaging accounts you already own — WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and Telegram — into one shared inbox, and can reply to your customers automatically on your behalf. You configure what those automated replies say and when they are sent.

Your accounts stay yours

• Your WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, Facebook Page and Instagram account remain owned by you. Connecting them to Havzero grants us access to operate them on your behalf; it does not transfer ownership.
• If you stop using Havzero, those accounts and their message history remain yours. You can disconnect them at any time, and you are free to connect them to another provider.
• You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your accounts, including messages sent automatically by rules or AI replies you have configured.

Platform rules you also have to follow

Havzero runs on messaging platforms owned by other companies. Your use of those channels through Havzero is also subject to their rules — including Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Messenger Platform Policy and Instagram Platform Policy, and Telegram's terms. Those platforms can restrict or remove your access to their services independently of us, and we cannot override their decisions.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Havzero to send spam, or to message people who have not opted in to hear from you.
• Do not use it to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
• Do not use it to impersonate another business or person.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or the data of other businesses using Havzero.
• Do not resell or expose the service as a general-purpose AI assistant. Automated replies are for your own business's messaging.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at the time you subscribe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change; we will tell you before a change affects an existing subscription. Messaging charges levied by the underlying platforms — notably WhatsApp's per-conversation pricing — are set by those platforms and are separate from Havzero's own fees.

Your data

How we handle account data, messages and customer information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not currently offer a guaranteed uptime level. The service depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure that can fail or change without notice, and it may be unavailable during maintenance. We will give notice of planned interruptions where practical.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". Automated and AI-generated replies can be wrong, and you are responsible for reviewing how your automations behave and for the commitments your business makes to its customers. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business or lost data.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the platform or other users at risk, or that we are required to act on by a platform provider or by law. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
